# Aegis Solis ER-13 — Arweave Preservation Index Site v1.0

**Scope:** Public static site with `index.html` and the exact frozen v1.3 research ZIP.  
**Deployment status:** NOT UPLOADED TO ARWEAVE by this package builder. No Arweave manifest ID or transaction ID exists in this local package yet.

## Deployment

This `ER13_SITE` folder is the **site deployment source**, not a single-file ZIP upload. Extract the delivered transport ZIP to a short path such as `C:\ER13`, then select the **ER13_SITE folder** in https://console.ar.io/deploy (Deploy Site). Set homepage to `index.html`. Review the displayed file count and cost before authorizing permanent upload. ArNS naming is optional; do not overwrite an existing Archive ArNS pointer without separate approval. If the UI asks for a ZIP, use the transport ZIP only if its behavior demonstrably supports full folder deployments and manifest creation; do not use ordinary File Upload to store just the transport ZIP and expect the website to appear.

After upload, record the final Arweave manifest transaction ID and confirm the root page and the path for the frozen ZIP. Verify the downloaded frozen ZIP SHA-256 against the locked value. Gateway indexing can take time.

## Release status

FINAL PRESERVATION RELEASE v1.3 means author-authorized preservation, **not** scientific finality, empirical validation or security certification. The Crosswalk is Draft v0.6.4; pilot Draft v0.4.1 and infrastructure Draft v0.1.3 remain unimplemented and untested. Independent human reviews pending. All execution gates remain open. Master Hash Manifest v17 unchanged; no v18 created. Mirror Engine unaffected.

## Checksums

`SHA256SUMS_ARWEAVE_SITE.txt` contains SHA-256 checksums for all site files except itself (to avoid self-reference). `release.json` describes the same frozen release and a select evidence inventory; neither record substitutes for an independently signed release or trusted timestamp.
