A permanent reference for the Aegis Solis ER-13 Coordinated Research Package v1.3: its evidence crosswalk, exact frozen research ZIP, preservation records, corrective safeguards and AI-assisted dual-use assessments.
Preservation does not equal scientific or security validation. This is an author-authorized final preservation release of draft research. Independent human statistical, cryptographic/platform, and information-hazard reviews remain pending. The proposed pilot and infrastructure have not been implemented or tested.

This does not universally relicense executable code, third-party materials or AI-assisted review reports; valid earlier licenses may continue to apply. See the exact ER-13 scoped licensing notice for details.
The published security research is descriptive and untested. No historical SEC-CDP-002 design is approved for implementation; v0.1–v0.1.2 are explicitly superseded. Future evaluation challenge banks, live keys, realized hidden test parameters and deployment secrets are not included.
